Event: Pathway Ride - Intermediate level

Distance: 45 kms

Pace: 20 - 22 kms/hour (steady pace with minimal stops)

Cum Elevation Gain: 220 meters

We will ride on paved pathways from the Inglewood Bird Sanctuary going North to and around the Country Hills Golf Course, and back the same way. Most of the ride is on the Nose Creek Pathway system. We will stop at a park for a short break for lunch on the way back.

All riders must have a well maintained road bike and a helmet.

No e-bikes please.
