Meet at rocky ridge Y, NW end of parking lot.

Departure time 4:00 sharp. 

Moderate speed, constant fast intermediate speed. No sweep. No coffee break.  

The Y out 262, back on the A1 and through the golf course.  

Be strong enough that we don' t have to wait for you re: regroupings. Speed about 30kph on flats depending on wind and how we feel due to jet lag.  

Rolling but no big hills.
