Tune up your legs with some Tuesday evening hills. 

This week's climbs include Idlewild/Country Lane, Springbank Heights, Emerald Bay and the bottom half of Old Banff Coach Road.

Please be aware there is a short section of hard-packed gravel on this route, shown on map. It is flat terrain and very rideable on a road bike.

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road (see route map for exact location).
