Distance:  55 km

Rating:  Easy to intermediate , mostly flat with a couple of hills, bike pathway's and roads.

Directions : Highway 2 north to exit 368 into Innisfail, continue thru Innisfail to stop sign, turn right onto Highway 54, continue until big green sign that says Sylvan lake, turn right onto highway 781, continue to stop sign, turn left onto highway 11, take first turn to the right onto memorial trail, then left onto Lakeway Blvd, parking lot is just past condos on left side, bathrooms at the end of parking lot.

The driving time is about 10 minutes more than going to Red Deer, you can also google Sylvan lake dog park and it should give you directions.
