RIDE - LEVEL:  Intermediate-urban.  We won't be stopping unless it's for food as stated below.  We'll use corner guiding where necessary.

Parking: Glennfield Fish Creek Parking lot

We'll ride through the shadiest part of Fish Creek Park, then stop for a snack at Glenmore Landing. From there, we'll continue down the Elbow R. to Inglewood at Gravity Espresso for lunch.  We then ride down the Bow R., staying on the west side, with only one minor climb into Diamond Cove.  For those who wish, we'll stop at Annie's Cafe for ice cream etc. along the route.
