Join Club cyclist  for some hill climbing! This morning route includes a side trip into Crestmont. Climbs include Emerald Bay, and Springbank Heights. Also a cool down with visits to a few cul-de-sac in Lower SpringBank.

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road (see route map for exact location).
