Mountain biking High Rockies

We will meet at Peninsula for 10am start and will ride toward Saw mill. Sometimes  just before saw mill we will turn back. The ride to saw mill is somewhat uphill but hills are short so fairly easy to clime.Return is a hoot since its mainly downhill. After the ride coffee or beer at Woodys or whatever else you prefer.Ride is intermediate and total distance about 20 km.To get to Peninsula take Hwy40 west and just before Pocaterra turn right to Smith Dorrien trail and the  parking lot is about 3 km on the left.

Bear spray, decent bike in good condition and enough of water are necessity for the trip.
