Pace:  16 - 22 km/hr. Leisurely ride, stopping periodically  to regroup. No one will be left behind.

Ride Notes:  Ride Mallard Point to Heritage park.  Possible stop for warm up or early coffee if necessary. Continue south through Fish Creek Park and stop at coffee shop for lunch.  Then continue back to Mallard Point to the end.

Dress according to the conditions.  At the time of posting this the weather looked good for the ride.
