Zwift ride R.G.V. France, 25km, Bob Westlake Intermediate

Now that the weather is turning it is time to start riding indoors!

 This week we will be doing R.G.V. France. In addition, I have initiated the "stay together" mode so no-one will be dropped as long as you keep pedaling you will remain with the group regardless of your power output. 

New to Zwift? In order to register for the ride, you must follow me at: B.Westlake (EVCC). Once there, go under groups and look for Elbow Valley Cycling Group. Once you follow me on Zwift, I will add your name to the list of participants.
