This event is designed to get you stronger as a climber. Soon those great rides in the mountains will be available as will our club's well known Golden Triangle 3-day event. Completing one of these rides will help you to prepare with the convenience of these routes being close to Calgary.

Choose the route you prefer by clicking on the ride option below. Then sign on and download the route you will use with the clubs Premium version of Ride with GPS.

Ride Options:

Piccolo: 60 km with 1015 meters elevation

Medio: 74 km with 1219 meters elevation

Gran:  96 km with 1473 meters elevation

Meeting place/parking: 

All road rides start/finish at Red Deer Lake United Church (west on hwy 22X).  See Google Maps:

Please park closest to the south ( back ) of the lot to allow church users to have access to the front doors.

We hope that as riders complete their ride, they will gather for tailgate opportunities.

It is important that you know the route you've chosen since all three routes do have some portions covering the same roadway and other riders following a different course may confuse you. Using the RwGPS app makes the ride more pleasurable since this app does all the route finding and displays it on a map as well as providing audio announcements of upcoming turns.
