Pace:  ~23-25 kph - Ride at your own pace on hill repeats

Elevation Gain: 250+ m

Early season conditioning in Springbank, weather permitting. We will stay on more sheltered roads and start some hill training. The format enables riders of a wide range of abilities to participate together. Your legs will thank you later -- whether you're getting ready for the Golden Triangle, summer Fondos, or Bill's Klimb a Kilo event. 

This week's hill: Wild Rose Drive (repeats)

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road (see route map for exact location).

Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere. 

Note, sunset is 8:15 p.m. We will be back before dark!
