Pace:  25-27 kph - Ride at your own pace on hill repeats

Elevation Gain: 250+ m

For advanced/experienced road riders, must be comfortable with paceline riding on the flats.  

We will stay on more sheltered roads and start some hill training. Your legs will thank you later -- whether you're getting ready for the Golden Triangle, summer Fondos, or Bill's Klimb a Kilo event. 

This week's hill: Escarpment Hill Repeats - may be adjusted/extended if weather is warm

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road. 24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z 3K2 (see route map for exact location).

Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere.
