Level Ride:    Intermediate and  Advanced

Distance:      59 km (49km if you do not ride the Cochrane hill)

Elevation:    +627m

Pace:             23-25km/h for intermediate, 25kph++ for advanced

A slightly different route this month with a few more hills added!

This ride welcomes newcomers comfortable riding on the road shoulders. We will split into two groups: intermediate and advanced, if necessary.

We will ride at a steady pace with no racing  and with regrouping at major intersections. E-bikes are welcome. Cochrane hill is optional. If you choose not to ride the hill, then you can wait for the group or return back by yourself.

This ride is offered every Thursday (weather permitting).

Stronger legs are guaranteed by the end of the season!
