Description:  This ride ascends the highest paved road in Canada from the South winter gate -- the route is fully closed to cars until June 15, 2023. Tailgate social after the ride. Please come prepared with clothing for mountain weather conditions. We will be gaining significant elevation -- even on a nice day, it will be colder higher up and the long descent can be very chilly. 

Wild Life Possible: You may want to bring along bear spray !

Parking: Start from Highwood House junction on Highway 541, West of Longview. Park on the side of the highway not at the General Store.
