Tired of hill repeats? This week we will mix it up with some sprint intervals around Calling Horse Estates. Target is 8 x 2 mins in zone 4 -- however, you are encouraged to adjust this based on your own training readiness and fitness goals. You know your body best! Remainder of ride is intended to be zone 1-2 base building.

For advanced/experienced road riders, must be comfortable with paceline riding, keeping the group together. Ride at your own pace on the sprint loops.  

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road. 24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z 3K2 (see route map for exact location).
