Elevation Gain: 500+ m

Hill training for advanced/experienced road riders. Must be comfortable with paceline riding as a group. 

This week's hill: Escarpment Hill Repeats followed by a scenic cruise around Springbank to wrap up the evening. 

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road. 24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z 3K2 (see route map for exact location).
