Join us for some hill climbing! Your legs will thank you later. Tonight's route includes a side trip into Crestmont. Climbs include Crestmont, Emerald Bay, and Springbank Heights.

Hill training for advanced/experienced road riders. Must be comfortable with paceline riding as a group.

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road (see route map for exact location).

Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere.
