2x Banff Legacy Trail and Tunnel Mountain - Road Ride -- Chris and Laurel

RIDE - LEVEL:  Road ride, Intermediate to Advanced, Road bikes only, no mountain bikes.

Pace: Steady Pace, Average speed for Intermediate/Advanced, no sweep. 

Elevation Gain: 870 meters - We're going over Tunnel Mountain twice.

Guests:  Guests are allowed on this ride.  Members - you can add non-member as your guest at the same time you register yourself.  The guest must fill out the waiver found on our website under Join Us/Guest Waiver,  then email this to guest@elbowvalleycc.org. Non-members:  If you are interested in joining this event as the coordinators guest, please fill out the waiver on our website under  Join Us/Guest Waiver,  then email this to:  guest@elbowvalleycc.org.  The coordinator will then add you to the event.  

Ride starts at 1:00 PM so we can avoid any traffic getting out there, and to catch the warmest part of the day. 

This is a get out there and get the legs working ride, so steady and a good speed. There is a bunch of climbing, and possibly even more than I mentioned if we decide to do Tunnel a third time from the reverse -- we'll see how the group feels. Coffee and goodie break in between along with water refills. You could stop the ride after 1 out and back if you're not up to twice.

Meet at the big train station parking lot in Banff. We leave on time. If you're late follow the route, since it's an out and back from Banff, if you don't catch us, you'll meet us coming back.
