Advanced - ZONE 2 ride, Bottomlands to Chestermere return, 66k, Chris and Laurel

RIDE - LEVEL:  Advanced/High Intermediate

Distance:  66k

Pace:  26-28 kph (depending on wind)

1:00 - PM. Please note, wheels down and riding at 1, so show up a bit early to get ready.

This will be a fun, advanced/high intermediate ride but we'll be steady at ZONE 2, which means we're working but able to talk and breath through our nose. We are not rushing ahead -- the goal is even and consistent. There is some road riding and it could be busy because we're avoiding the rooty mcrootface section of the path between the lego colored center and 50th Ave SE. Back blinkies recommended. 

It's going to be hot out, don't forget sunscream and enough water.

We will be stopping half way at Hot 'n Moist (an anagram for tim hortons) for a coffee break before heading back and going around the lake.

Meet at Bottomlands park, parking by the 8th Ave NE Bridge (turn off on St. Georges Drive).
