Park/meet in lot furthest from Info Centre. Outhouses on site.

Cycling north from the sanctuary we'll cross the Bow River to the east side and meet Nose Hill Creek, which we will follow to a lunch/snack spot in Nose Hill Park.

Bring lots of water and be prepared for a couple of hills in the Park.
