RIDE - LEVEL:  Intermediate Urban

START TIME: 0830.

We will ride along the Bow River into Fish Creek Park past Annie's Cafe through Votier's Flats and Shannon Terrace. We will stop along the way for a snack/lunch and washroom break. On the return part of the loop we will follow the Stony Trail Path, the south side of Glenmore Reservoir past Heritage Park and Rocky View Hospital, then ride along the Elbow to the Bow River and back to the start.  See Map below

BRING LOTS OF WATER,  A SNACK AND LUNCH, SUN SCREEN, RAIN JACKET (?).

  Guests are allowed on this ride.  Members - you can add non-member as your guest at the same time you register yourself.  The guest must fill out the waiver found on our website under Join Us/Guest Waiver,  then email this to guest@elbowvalleycc.org.
