Pace:  16 - 22 km/hr. Stopping periodically (like at the top of hills) to regroup. No one will be left behind.

Guests:  Guests are allowed on this ride.  Members - you can add non-member as your guest at the same time you register yourself.  The guest must fill out the waiver found on our website under Join Us/Guest Waiver,  then email this to guest@elbowvalleycc.org. Ride Notes:  This ride includes Calgary pathways, streets as well as rural highways (22X and #8) We will ride the route in a counter clockwise direction.  Bring a lunch or eat in Bragg Creek.
