Pace:  18-20 kph We will regroup at several strategic points. 

• We use paths most of the time with quieter streets when necessary. 
• This ride is intended for riders that have good endurance 
• We do climb out of the Bow valley on the return as the elevation profile shows
• Check your ride for worn tires and smooth gear shifting 
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start.
• We will have a "tailgate" gathering after the ride.
• Porta-potties available at beginning / end and Edworthy as well as Bowness park
• Bring lunch, snacks, and water. We will stop at Bowness park to recharge
