Meet at twelve mile coulee natural park and bike in the following areas, Tuscany/Rocky Ridge/ Royal Oak/ Scenic Acres/ Rockland park.

Distance: Intermediate 67 KM on roads and trails.

Elevation: 200 M + or -, expect hills to climb.

Directions: Tuscany Boulevard east end close to Stoney trail and pedestrian over pass, condos on west side.

Speed: 18 to 25 km
