Distance:  86.3 km

Pace:  16 - 24 km/hr. Stopping periodically (like at the top of hills) to regroup. No one will be left behind.

Elevation Gain:  738 m

E-Bikes allowed: pedal assist only

Guests:  Guests are allowed on this ride.  Members - you can add non-member as your guest at the same time you register yourself.  The guest must fill out the waiver found on our website under Join Us/Guest Waiver,  then email this to guest@elbowvalleycc.org. Ride Notes:  This ride goes (as the map shows ) on some secondary highways. Route is mostly paved pathways and pavement surface.   We will have lunch along the way so bring a lunch.
