Parking: Parking for Pearce Estate Park.  A parking lot off on 17a street SE (North of 17Ave SE) (take second exit off traffic circle on 17a Street)

Mostly pathways some residential streets when required.  

Trying some newer pathways in the SE and using pathways you may not be familiar with.

Passing washrooms, coffee shops and parks along the route. Bring food for a stop 25 km. 

NOTE: Lots of opportunities to return to the start point before the end of the ride if required.
