Mountain biking Big Elbow Maria

Distance:  about 26 km

Elevation: 400ish m of climbing

Meet at the Little Elbow parking lot.  Please get there at least 15 minutes early since we will depart at 9. (The parking lot fills quickly on the weekend so allow time to get a spot.) The plan is to ride Big Elbow trail clockwise for about 13 km reaching the third bridge where we will take a break, then return back the way we came. Beautiful views along the way.  The ride is not very technical but has some good climbs.   Great fast riding on the last few kilometres coming back.  This ride is a section of the longer Elbow Loop that some of you might like to do another time.

Bring a mountain bike in good condition, helmet, bear spray, snacks and water.
