Hey Tuesday Tuneuppers! It's been a wonderful summer riding with you every week in Springbank. Join us for the season finale! One last trip down to Springbank Heights and other scenic highlights of Springbank. 

What to expect: We stick together on the flatter terrain, paceline riding as a group. We have a "go your own pace" approach to hill climbing, and encourage you to use the hills as a high-intensity workout. Stronger riders generally pull ahead on the climbs and the group will spread out, but we always regroup at the top. 

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road (see route map for exact location).

Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere.
