RIDE - LEVEL: Easy intermediate Urban. Park/meet at Inglewood Bird Sanctuary parking lot furthest row from the Info Centre.

Arrive 15 minutes prior to departure at 0830.
Outhouses on site.
Ebikes welcome.

Brief snack and washroom stop at Bowness Park

Ride out on south side of Bow River and back on the north, stopping for an ice cream treat ( thanks EVCC!) in Bridgeland at Village Ice Cream

Nobody will be left behind. Stan will sweep.

Distance: 50 km

Pace: 16-20km/hr ( pathway limit 20 km/hr)

Elevation Gain: significant climb on north side of river ( see chart below). Walking that stretch is OK
