RIDE - LEVEL:  Intermediate-urban.  We won't be stopping unless it's for food or bathroom as stated below.  We'll use corner guiding where necessary.

Parking: Hull's Wood, Fish Creek Parking lot

We'll ride through the shadiest part of Fish Creek Park, then stop for a snack at Glenmore Landing. From there, we'll continue down the Elbow R. to Inglewood at Gravity Espresso for lunch.  We then ride down the Bow R.
