December Social-- Annual EVCC Dinner

A club favorite. The annual EVCC dinner is to be held at the Emerald Garden Restaurant, which has an Asian food menu.

There will be door prizes. 

Dinner cost is $30.00. Price includes GST and gratuity.

Beer/wine, $6.00, will be paid individually. Coffee/Soft drinks $3.00 Payment is cash at the table. As in other years, we will ask one person at each table to volunteer to take the role of "cashier", that is, to collect funds from each person at their table to pay for the drinks they have purchased; please bring cash for drink payment, to make the 'cashier's job' an easy one.  

Where: Corner of 9th Street and 16th Avenue NW. Parking can be difficult. Park at the rear of the restaurant or, after 6:00 pm, on the east side of the adjacent lot (behind the comic book store). Parking is also available in the neighborhood to the north and in a cul de sac a block to the east of the restaurant on 16th Avenue. As well, you can park after 6:00pm at the rear of Tim Horton's- on the east side, across the street-(In both cases,please leave a note with your name and number, and that you are at Emerald Garden.)
