Distance: 4.5 km ( option to add 2 Km more in Bird Sanctuary at the end)

Pace: relaxed

Elevation Gain: 0

Park: Inglewood Bird Sanctuary NORTH EDGE. Outhouse on site

Walk: along the Bow River multi use pathway to Harvie Passage Lookout. Mostly clear pavement.

Stop: refreshments at Good News Coffee

Return: 9 th Ave to parking lot. 4.5 km

OPTION : ADD 2km on packed snow covered trails in Inglewood Bird Sanctuary. Bring walking stick or studs, if you wish, for this option.
