ROAD RIDE - Easy Intermediate-out and back

Pace:  14 km

Elevation Gain:  about 300 meters

 I made a couple of errors.  Not Sage Hill and probably only 45 km. 

We will follow Nose Creek trail to Coventry Hills. We will be returning the same way.  It is basically up hill from Bottomlands and then downhill returning.  We will be taking breaks on route.  Hopefully, we can find a coffee shop .  Aprox 45 km return (may be more or less).  E bikes welcome as long as they remain within the speed.  Early season ride. Bring lunch and water.  I will not be on an ebike.
