Cancelled due to weather forecast - 2-4cm of snow, temperatures around freezing all day.

Level: For advanced/experienced road riders, must be comfortable with paceline riding on the flats.

Distance: 25-30 km

Pace:  25-27+ kph - Ride at your own pace on hill repeats

Elevation Gain: 250+ m

Join us for early season conditioning in Springbank! Tuesday Tuneup is a weekly interval training workout to kick start your season. 

We will stay on more sheltered roads and have fun on some hills. Your legs will thank you later -- whether you're getting ready for the Golden Triangle, summer Fondos, or Bill's Klimb a Kilo event. 

April weather can be unpredictable -- rides will go ahead if it's warm enough with safe conditions, i.e., not too cold, snowy, icy, wet, etc.

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road. 24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z 3K2 (see route map for exact location).
