Switchbacks! Int and Adv 35k, Chris and Laurel

Switchbacks! 

Apparently the new switchbacks are open. We'll leave Edworthy head to Bowness and up the squiggle. Next up through the new development then over the top and back down. Warm weather abounds. There could be a coffee after if people wish.

Distance: 35 km

Pace: 27 kph on flats with no wind. Intermediate and advanced. Expect a zone 2 ride.

Both path and road. 

Elevation Gain: 346 m

E-Bikes allowed:  Yes.

Meeting place/parking:  East side of Angel's Cafe on the hospital side of the river near the restrooms. Please be on time. Wheels rolling at 1:30. Free  parking.

Route: This 35 km route is up and then back down in a loop.  Be prepared for a few hills and scenic views along the way!
