Up and Down fun...Taking adantage of the warm afternoon!

Edworthy Park up to Bearspaw, through the golf course, around the ponds and return. All downhill on the way back!

Distance: 50 km

Pace: 27-30 kph on flats with no wind. Slower on the climbs. - Advanced and Intermediate. Regrouping at top of climbs.

Elevation Gain: 395 m

E-Bikes allowed:  Yes, if you can do 50k.

Meeting place/parking:  East side of Angel's Cafe. Please be on time. Wheels on the ground at 1:00 sharp. The is free parking.

Route: This 50 km route is up and down. Mostly road riding, a short segment of the pathway. 

Enjoy a brisk but social pace, regrouping at key intersections and milestones.
