We are on bike routes or pathways much of the way.  Its a steady climb at the start up to Edgemont so pacing is necessary to not burn out at the start.  Don't worry, we will regroup as needed and no one will be left behind.  Bring a snack for a brief stop in Confederation Park where the only washrooms on the route are located.
