Level: For advanced/experienced road riders, must be comfortable with paceline riding.

Distance: 55 km (Longer evenings in June = longer rides!)

Pace: 27+ kph group riding; ride at your own pace on hill climbs, regrouping at the top

Elevation Gain: 500+ m

Tuesday Tuneup is a weekly hilly ride on scenic Springbank roads -- every week will take us to one or more climbs in the area.

Ride as hard as you like on the hills -- make it intense, challenge some Strava segments, or just enjoy the views. 

This week's hills: Emerald Bay, Springbank Heights, and RR40. 

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road. 24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z 3K2 (see route map for exact location).
