A ride for a newbies or relaxed veterans

RIDE - LEVEL:  Easy, with a couple of inclines ( and matching declines)

Pace: 18-22km/h with several stops

Elevation Gain:  205 m

E-Bikes allowed:  Yes, but not required

The ride objective:  A friendly ride to meet new riders who want urban rides after work/weekends, with one or two challenging hills. No spandex needed, no shoes with clips required, ride leader does not have an e-bike.

This is a shorter ride, with lots of stops for conversation.

We will traverse a variety of terrain: 

• beautiful views along the escarpment
• pathways through  Bowness Parks
• quiet residential roads or pathways
• river views most of the time
