Special 100th Anniversary Edition!  

"Hill training in Springbank" started in 2021. Now we are celebrating the 100th Tuesday Tuneup evening Springbank ride! Thanks to many coordinators who help keep this popular event running -- Phil, Ronan, Bob, Tanya and Eduard! And thanks to all the riders who keep coming back for more! 

This will also be the official season wrap-up ride, however additional Tuesday rides may be posted through September if weather permits.

Level: For advanced/experienced road riders, must be comfortable with paceline riding.

Elevation Gain: 500+ m

Pace (2 groups):

This ride is for advanced/experienced road riders -- must be comfortable with paceline riding. Ride at your own pace on hill climbs, regrouping at main junctions and at the top of hills.

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road (see route map for exact location).

Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere. If you are unsure about the speed, pacelining format, and difficulty level of the ride, please contact the coordinator in advance.
