Description:

March was a snowy month and I was hoping to run my second Spring Spin in March. (And third? Sigh.) It's now April and Friday is looking promising so let's get another ride in.

This ride is longer than the first spring spin and has more elevation. Riders wishing a little easier ride can cut out Springbank Heights loop (2.5 km). Riders wishing to cut out Range Road 32 north of Township Road 251A (the drop down and up to the end of RR 32 and includes Springbank Heights Loop) can shorten the ride by 10.5 km.

We will stop to regroup at major intersections. There are no formal food and water stops or washroom facilities on this ride although the group will stop at all major intersections to regroup and to give our legs occasional rest breaks (as this is an early season ride). Quick snacking can be done at the regrouping stops. A longer stop will be at the u-turn on RR 32.
