This event is designed to get you stronger as a climber. Soon great rides in the mountains will be available including routes closed to vehicular traffic. An added bonus is the convenience of these routes being close to Calgary.

If you are wanting to extend your stats for this ride to go over both 100 kilometres traveled and 1.5 km of climbing, I suggest the following:

Once you reach the south end of 112 Street, ( about 54 kilometres ridden ) turn right at this T intersection and ride west  to the intersection of 192 St. W.  Turn around here and climb back to 112 Street west, turn left  and continue north on the route as the map indicates.

This will add 22 km and 158 m elevation, for a total of 118 km for distance and 1630 m of climbing. You can then use the term Gran +" in your records.
