Pace:  Medium manual bike speed (10-12 kph average moving speed)

Elevation Gain:  about 250 metres

E-bikes welcome.     

Come and see the crocuses!  We will ride around Nose Hill at a steady pace on a variety of trails for a couple of hours. There will be some hills.  Beautiful views of the mountains and city!    Bring a snack for a break along the way.    

Please bring a well-maintained mountain bike and arrive early enough to be ready to ride at 10:00 AM.   There is a porta potty at the parking lot.
