Bow Falls via Legacy Trail, Int., 61km., 300m, GarryDenman

Monday June 8, 2026. Meet at Canmore information centre,  Legacy Trail parking area.

Ready to ride at 10:00 am.

This will be a leisurely paced ride, average speed 18-22 kph.

Ride level: Intermediate

Distance: 61 km.

Elevation gain: 300 meters

We will follow the Legacy Trail to Banff with a side jaunt to Cascade Ponds for a short break then through Banff to Bow Falls and around the golf course loop, water level permitting. We will return to Canmore following much the same route and be back by ~ 2:30 pm.

Bring: water, lunch, snacks, flat repair kit.

Weather forecast is for sun & cloud with a high of 15C ..... it will be cooler when we start out. Dress accordingly.
