Bowness Park to WaterMark via 12 Mile Coulee/Tuscany, 500m 45km, Christine Grotefeld

Pace:  15-20 km 

Elevation Gain: 450 metres.   We will be regrouping at intersections.  We climb out of Bowness Park to the top of Twelve Mile Coulee and turn west along Tuscany Springs Blvd  to Twelve Mile Coulee to Blue Ridge Road and south to WaterMark and explore west before turning back to lower Tuscany and following bike path back towards Twelve Mile Coulee Trail.   Back to Bowness Park for a snack at the Lagoon. We will be stopping for lunch in Watermark.
