Ride Details: This route heads South from the parking lot under the big H at Heritage Park and then East at 90th Ave Sw to cross 14th St. at the 90th Ave. overpass, follows East along quiet streets to the Bow River Pathway at Southland Dr.  From there, follows the Bow River Pathway South and West  to Annie's Cafe for a lunch stop.  Then continues West through Fish Creek Park and North at Shannon Terrace along the 37th St. pathway to South Glenmore Park and East back to the start at Heritage Park.  

Bring a lunch or purchase food and drinks at Annie's.

There are washrooms pretty much all along the last 2/3rds this route and one at the Railway Cafe at the entrance to Heritage Park at the start, if needed.  

Starting point: Heritage Park under the big "H," 14 St and Heritage Dr. SW.
