Relaxed pace. Some bigger hills but just short and steep.

Tour of the north to include Bow River Pathway, Varsity, Dalhousie and Edgemont Ravine. Coming back through Hidden Valley and Confluence Park. Almost exclusively on bike paths.

Facilities available at the start and a gas station at Hidden Valley.

We will stop for snack/lunch around 30 km.
