Start Location: Sirocco Golf and Country Club. (Please park in the overflow area on the far west of the parking lot on the grass south of the road, as indicated by the Google map pin.)

Description:

This is short route with a lot of climbing and great views.  We will regroup at summits and intersections.

Starting from the Sirocco Golf Club (south of Spruce Meadows), we cruise west then south and over the Road to Nepal to Hwy 549.  We ride west 10k and turn north for another climb to Leighton Art Center where we will rest up a bit.  After a steep descent we arrive back on the Road to Nepal, but we only go a short distance before turning east.  We'll cool down on a lovely and scenic valley road and back to Sirocco. 

Bring food and water. And a bright flashing taillight if you have one.  The only washrooms  are at Leighton.  (porta potties)

We'll finish off with a libation and snack on the patio of the Golf Club Restaurant, so plan to stick around!
